We really loved the food, however some of the dishes were a little sour. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Also loved the decor. And most importantly, service provided by Agata was great! She was very attentive and quick.

I'm going to write this review specifically for Jaya.
I was really hungry tonight and had no idea what to order. It was he who patiently recommended dishes for me one by one - I remember I don't eat raw meat or smoked food. He introduced the menu over and over again without getting tired of it. Each recommendation seemed tailor-made for my taste. The Marine margarita he recommended was sweet to my heart the first time I took it. For dessert, he directly recommended coconut ice cream - that was exactly my favorite flavor. I had no idea how he guessed it. At the end of the meal, I even bothered him to run twice to get the menu, but he didn't show any impatience and kept refilling the hot water in a timely manner.
These may sound like minor matters, but not many people actually do them.
I have been to many Michelin-starred restaurants. To be honest, their service may not be as meticulous as Jaya‘s. He is one of the best waiters I have ever encountered in so many restaurants - surpassing 99.99% of my peers. This is no exaggeration.
What surprised me even more was that he was from Australia but had been to many Chinese cities. We chatted with him in a particularly warm and friendly way, as if we were old friends who had not seen each other for a long time.
I have always believed that encountering a good restaurant is fate, and meeting someone who makes you feel well treated is even more a matter of luck. I have both tonight.
Thank you, Jaya, for making this ordinary Friday night unforgettable.

Very disappointed with our experience at PSK. My partner was given food with gluten in despite the sever asking if we had any allergens at the start of our meal. Having already unknowingly eaten one course with gluten in, we luckily questioned the staff after recieving our second course, as this was a battered dish which looked like gluten. This was taken away immediately but we were left with no communication for about 15 minutes. Following this the server came back and apologised and provided an alternative, veggie only, course (which seemed to be a running theme for all the gluten free options). We tried to be understanding about the mistake but would have appreciated the manager/ staff to fully acknowledge the severity of the mistake. This could have been extremely dangerous if it was a life threatening allergy and we feel the whole situation was simply ignored because we did not kick up a huge fuss for the sake of the waiting staff. At the end of the meal we acknowledged the errors made and asked for service charge to be removed but again this was a slow and lengthy process, with no proactiveness or apology from management. The food we were served was good (although very sparse on substantial elements) but the whole experience was tainted by poor service and a massive error with the allergens which led to an uncomfortable evening.
